By booking a session with Energy Healing One, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Services

Energy healing sessions are intended to support energetic and emotional wellness. These services do not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health condition and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or veterinary care.

2. Confidentiality

All personal and session-related information is kept confidential and used only in the context of your energy healing session. Client records are stored securely and never shared without consent.

3. Session Preparation & Responsibility

Clients are encouraged to complete any required intake forms or voice recordings at least 24 hours prior to the session. By booking, you acknowledge that energy work is a form of complementary support, and you are responsible for your own health and well-being.

4. Payments & Cancellations

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm your session. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations, reschedule requests, or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged in full. Payments for missed or late-canceled sessions are non-refundable. Each session may be rescheduled once per original booking, provided it’s done with at least 24 hours’ notice.

** This policy applies to real-time sessions conducted via video platforms (Zoom, FaceTime, or Google Meet), and does not apply to sessions delivered by email or through remote scanning / frequency broadcasting.

5. Photo & Data Submissions

When applicable, photos or information may be used to assist with frequency scanning technology. This is used only for your session and never shared. You may request the removal of this data at any time.

6. Remote & Proxy Sessions

All sessions may be conducted remotely. By participating, you give consent for proxy testing or remote frequency support on your behalf or your pet’s behalf.

7. Reports, Tools, and Shared Content

Some sessions may include reports generated by third-party technology (such as AO Scan). These reports are provided for personal use only and may not be modified, redistributed, or published without permission. Any additional materials, insights, or tools shared by Energy Healing One — including written explanations, session summaries, or support resources — remain the intellectual property of the practitioner and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
