Payment:

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment secures your appointment and reserves your session time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged in full.

• Missed appointments (no-shows) are also charged in full.

• Payments for canceled or missed appointments are non-refundable.

• Each session may be rescheduled once per original booking, provided it’s done with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• This policy applies to real-time sessions conducted via video platforms (Zoom, FaceTime, or Google Meet), and does not apply to sessions delivered by email or through remote scanning/frequency broadcasting.
